the staff were nice and helpful. they accommodated my early check-in request. the room was spacious and clean. the free tuk-tuk service to nearby attractions was very useful.
The room faced a busy street, and the noise at night was hard to sleep through. the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. i noticed thin walls between rooms. I could hear neighbors.

the rooftop pool was lovely and the sun beds were comfortable.
The room smelled like old dust initially. i requested an upgrade and received a different room. the toilet leaked. additionally, i thought the gym was small, and it did not seem properly maintained.

My room included a balcony. It had space for drying clothes. the hotel offered a free shuttle to nearby attractions. This was convenient. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the 24-hour mini-mart across from the hotel.
the room's sound isolation was not very strong.

The hotel is near restaurants and a 7-eleven. it is also close to a mini c convenience store. the hotel is located in a quiet area, great for sleep. Though the access to transportations such as taxis and motorbike is easy.

the staff at the lobby and cafe are cute and helpful. the cleaning service was available daily, this ensures the room remained tidy and fresh. i found the availability of the hotel taxi to be a great service.
